Patients on regular medication will be issued with a repeat order form by their doctor. This is printed on the counterfoil at the right of the computer-printed prescription. To request a repeat prescription please use one of the following methods:
We are unable to take requests by telephone for medico-legal reasons.
Patients are advised to allow enough time for prescriptions to be processed. For example – requests made before 11.00am on Monday will be ready for collection after 3.00pm on Wednesday – so please allow 2 working days through the week and remember that we are not here at the weekend or on public holidays.
If you specify it, your prescription can be sent directly to a Romsey chemist of your choice. Your medication will be ready for collection in the afternoon on the second day after your request.

We are able to dispense to Patients who live in a rural area. If you are eligible you will be asked to register for this service when you join the Practice, or if you change address.
Requests for repeat prescriptions for Dispensing Patients can be made in the same way as above.
Housebound, infirm or elderly Patients can telephone their request to our Dispensary Staff.
Please be patient as they are often working alone in Dispensary and can only answer the telephone if there is no queue at the counter.
