If you are housebound or too unwell to attend the Surgery, please call 01794 512218.

You will be put through to the Doctors Secretary and asked for brief details of your symptoms, to enable the Doctor to prioritise visits for the day. Where possible, please telephone by 10.30am for a visit that day, or telephone in advance for a visit on another day, with your own Doctor.
