Flu Clinics 2012

It is that time of year again!  If you are:

• Over 65
• Have a respiratory disease - asthma, COPD or similar
• Have heart disease
• Diabetes
• Renal disease
• Liver disease
• Immunosupressed
• A carer

You are advised to have a vaccination against flu.

We are holding a walk in flu clinic on Saturday 20th October 2012. 

Please pop in at the times below relating to your surname, so Smith for example, to attend from 2.30 - 3pm. 

This will ensure that we have an even attendance throughout the day, with no one waiting for longer than 10 minutes or so.

If you have an appointment already booked or due with a Doctor or Nurse in October or the beginning of November, you can have your flu jab at that appointment.

• A-B  9am - 10am
  
• C-E 10am - 11am
  
• F-H 11am - 12noon
  
• I-M 12noon - 1pm
  
• N-R 1.30 - 2.30
  
• S-T 2.30 - 3pm
  
• U-Z 3-3.30pm
